Eyde Material Park Helle 1
New Road
Eyde Material Park Helle 1 will have a new road running through the plot, making it an ideal site for businesses dealing in raw materials, reuse and recycling and also for businesses which rely heavily on fast transport of goods and materials. It is the connection point between the port and Morrow’s Gigafactory.
The plot has been designated for industrial use in the municipal plan. The regulatory plan is currently under development and is expected to be approved in 2024.
The total size of this plot is 525 000 m2
The area is owned by Arendal Næringsutvikling AS, and is managed by Arendal Eiendom KF.
